Our facility features state-of-the-art technology, including 2D Markerless Motion Analysis and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM), to provide accelerated rehabilitation and elite injury prevention.

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, clinical expert to join our growing team. As a DPT at Locomotion, you will go beyond traditional treatment to act as both a clinician and a performance coach. You will be responsible for managing complex musculoskeletal and sports-related cases, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools to return patients to their highest level of independence and athletic performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive Evaluation: Perform detailed initial assessments, including movement dysfunction diagnosis, gait analysis, and 2D markerless tracking.

  • Individualized Care Plans: Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that emphasize mobility, strength, balance, and functional restoration.

  • Advanced Interventions: Administer manual therapy (thrust manipulation, soft tissue mobilization), therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as dry needling or instrument-assisted techniques.

  • Performance & Wellness: Design injury prevention and performance-based programs for athletes and active individuals in the El Paso region.

  • Patient Engagement: Use Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) to track patient progress and provide support between clinic visits.

  • Documentation: Maintain meticulous patient records using EMR systems in compliance with state and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

  • Licensure: Active (or eligible) Physical Therapist license in the State of Texas.

  • Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

  • Experience: Clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports medicine is preferred; new graduates with strong clinical rotations are welcome to apply.

  • Skills: Proficiency in manual therapy, functional biomechanics, and exercise prescription.
